The qualifying starting package is for one bathroom, fewer than 10 radiators, a standard horizontal flue and a straightforward replacement installation, subject to survey, model and property requirements. It is not available for every boiler or every home. Its qualifying model carries a conditional five-year manufacturer warranty; other models and warranty packages can change the cost.
What affects a new boiler cost?
Combi, system and heat-only installations involve different hot-water arrangements. Boiler selection, relocation, conversions, cylinder work, flue route, gas or fuel supply, condensate, controls, filters, cleaning, radiator work, pipework and access can change the installation scope. Unknown work is assessed before it is priced.
From an estimate to a fixed quotation
An indicative installation price uses the information supplied and approved commercial settings. A survey-verified price follows SwiftHeat’s technical review. SwiftHeat issues a written fixed quotation after the appropriate property and installation assessment and technical verification. It confirms the exact boiler, installation scope, controls, flue, system preparation, warranty conditions, inclusions, exclusions and total price before you commit. This online journey requests an assessment and does not issue a fixed quotation automatically.
Choose the right assessment route
A callback helps us understand your plans and arrange the next step. Remote information gathering can use photos of your existing boiler, flue, accessible pipework, controls and any cylinder, plus your property and hot-water needs. Photos are an initial evidence source; they cannot establish every technical requirement. SwiftHeat decides whether enough information is available or a home survey is needed. A home survey is required where safety, access, measurements, installation complexity or missing information cannot be verified remotely. Do not remove boiler covers or disturb gas equipment to take photographs.
Heat loss, hot-water demand, water supply, fuel supply, flue and condensate arrangements, system condition, service clearances and control compatibility are checked as appropriate before the recommendation and fixed quotation. An unverified online selection remains provisional.
