Baxi 830 Combi Boiler Replacement in Whitchurch, Cardiff
Whitchurch, Cardiff · Completed
A complete heating upgrade with system protection, existing Hive controls and a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty.
When their Main boiler began failing and no longer provided the performance and reliability they needed, this homeowner turned to SwiftHeat UK.

The project
Replacing the failing Main boiler.
On 26 March 2026, SwiftHeat UK Group Ltd supplied and installed a Baxi 830 30kW combi boiler, bringing together a new appliance, system cleaning, protective components and a new vertical flue.
The replacement combines central heating and on-demand hot water in one appliance, without a separate hot-water cylinder. Its 30kW designation relates to hot-water output; boiler selection also considers the home’s heating requirements, household demand and mains water supply.
