The homeowner’s need
Replacing an older combi.
The homeowner wanted to move from an older combi boiler to a modern, energy-efficient combi. SwiftHeat UK completed the replacement on 21 August 2025.
The installation paired the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 30kW with a Hive V4 wireless programmable thermostat. The package included magnetic filtration and ten-year manufacturer parts-and-labour warranty cover.

The new boiler
Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 30kW combi, replacing the previous combi arrangement and providing central heating and hot water on demand.
Heating controls
Hive V4 wireless programmable thermostat, giving the homeowner a way to set heating schedules and adjust the target temperature.
System protection
A magnetic filter was included in the installation. Magnetic filtration helps collect magnetic debris circulating in the heating system.

This installation included a ten-year Worcester Bosch manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and servicing requirements.
