For this landlord customer in Oxford, Oxfordshire, SwiftHeat UK replaced an ageing Potterton boiler with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 1000 24kW combi.
Completed on 19 July 2026, the installation included safe decommissioning and removal of the existing appliance, careful installation and commissioning of the new heating system, magnetic filtration and a wireless programmable thermostat.
The old Potterton boiler was responsibly removed and recycled, and a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) was issued.
