SwiftHeat UK replaced the customer’s old combi boiler with a Navien NCB300 28kW combi in Penarth, South Wales. The installation was completed on 5 August 2026.
The new ErP A-rated boiler was supplied alongside a complimentary wireless programmable thermostat, a magnetic system filter and a shock arrestor, with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty and a separate twelve-month installation guarantee.

The wireless programmable thermostat allows the homeowner to set heating times and room temperature around their routine. The magnetic filter helps capture circulating magnetic debris, supporting protection of the boiler and heating circuit.
The shock arrestor helps reduce water-pressure shocks affecting connected pipework and components.
