A warmer home begins with understanding the people who live there.
The room that never quite warms up. The morning rush for hot water. The energy bill you want to manage more confidently. The ageing heating system that makes you wonder what should come next.
These concerns are connected. So are the decisions that can help address them.
SwiftHeat UK Group Ltd is introducing Whole Home Energy Solutions to bring heating, hot water, solar generation, battery storage and controls into one considered plan. It is an approach shaped around your property, your household and your priorities.
The whole home, considered
Every home has its own starting point.
A family home on mains gas, a rural property heated by oil or LPG, and a flat relying on electric heating can have very different needs. The right improvement may be better controls, more suitable hot-water storage, an efficient replacement heating system or a carefully planned combination of technologies.
We begin with how the building retains heat, the condition of its existing equipment, the electrical supply, available space and the way you use energy. Your budget and plans for the years ahead are part of that conversation.
Assess First. Recommend Second. That principle helps us explain what is worth doing now, what can wait and how each improvement could support the next.
Experience across technologies
Expertise that sees how the systems connect.
Our work across gas, oil, LPG, air source heat pumps and electric heating and hot water gives us a broad perspective on household comfort. Through SwiftHeat UK Solar Power and our whole-home service, we can also consider generation, battery storage and the controls that bring suitable technologies together.
That breadth matters. Heating performance depends on more than the appliance: radiators, pipework, hot-water demand, control settings and the building itself all influence the result. Adding solar or storage introduces further decisions about electrical capacity, equipment compatibility and when energy is generated and used.
Our expertise lies in connecting those decisions and explaining the trade-offs clearly. Your written proposal identifies the design, responsible installers, relevant certification and aftercare for the agreed work.

Options with a purpose
Technology that complements your household.
Where an existing gas, oil or LPG boiler remains appropriate, we can assess its performance, identify useful improvements and compare replacement boiler options. A serviceable boiler can also sit within a wider plan that considers solar generation, storage and better controls.
Solar power
Suitable rooftop solar PV turns daylight into electricity for your home. We consider roof condition, shading, expected generation and the electricity you could use directly, store or export.
Battery storage
A compatible battery can keep surplus solar electricity for later or work with a suitable time-of-use tariff. Capacity, power output and your daily demand determine its usefulness.
Air source heat pumps
A heat pump uses electricity to move heat from outdoor air into your heating system. We assess heat loss, radiators, hot-water storage, outdoor space and the electrical supply to establish a suitable design.
Hybrid heat pumps
A hybrid combines a heat pump with a compatible boiler. Where the assessment supports this approach, coordinated controls determine how the two heat sources serve the home.
Electric boilers
An electric boiler can provide heat to a wet central-heating system where appropriate. We compare electrical capacity and running costs carefully: direct electric heating uses more electricity for the same heat than a well-performing heat pump.
Unvented electric hot water
Suitable unvented electric storage can provide hot water independently of a gas boiler. Capacity, reheat time, mains-water performance, space and the required safety arrangements must suit the household.

Smart heating controls help suitable equipment work around your routine. Depending on the design, that can mean coordinating heating schedules, hot-water preparation and battery charging with available solar electricity or a suitable tariff.
We plan for colder months as carefully as brighter days. Solar output varies through the year, batteries have limited capacity and most homes retain a grid connection. Savings depend on the property, system, tariff and use; they should be explained through a realistic proposal.
A practical route from where you are today.
You can improve your home in stages. Four possible starting points show how the approach adapts:
A home with a useful existing boilerImprove controls and system performance, then assess whether solar and storage could reduce purchased electricity.
A household planning a heating upgradeCompare a heat pump, suitable hybrid or boiler option alongside heat loss, radiator performance, hot water and likely running costs.
A property without gasAssess electric heating and stored hot water around the available supply and space, then consider whether generation or storage adds value.
A home planning for the futureSequence practical improvements so today’s decision supports, rather than restricts, tomorrow’s options.
What the assessment can help clarify
What is already workingThe parts of the present system that can sensibly remain.
What limits comfort or efficiencyFrom building heat loss and radiator output to controls, hot-water capacity and electrical supply.
Which options deserve comparisonThe technologies that fit the property, priorities and budget—with assumptions and limitations explained.
How to phase the workA practical order for improvements so decisions made now do not obstruct sensible choices later.
Work you can explore
The detail behind the advice.
Our Whole Home Energy Solutions service page includes a Strom 14.4 kW electric system-boiler installation and an Ariston Velis Evo electric hot-water installation in Cardiff.
The Cardiff project addressed a need for more hot-water capacity in a property without gas, using the available cupboard space. The Strom project shows an electric boiler serving a wet heating system, with its pipework and associated connections.
These examples show why the property and its requirements matter. Explore the photographs and installation detail to see the practical thinking behind the work.

We are proud that our efforts to improve energy efficiency in homes and businesses have earned national recognition in the boiler and heating contractor category. The consultancy and customer-support honours also speak to the importance we place on sound advice and the people behind each project.
Your home. Our care.
Care starts with a conversation about what matters to you. It continues through clear explanations of the work, costs and responsibilities, followed by commissioning, a useful handover and an agreed route for ongoing support.
For every boiler service and boiler installation, our Boiler Management Condition Report is complimentary as part of the service offering. It helps customers understand the information recorded about their boiler and system.
Whether the priority is a warmer living room, dependable showers or a plan for future energy improvements, we want you to feel informed and supported at each stage.
Our vision
Keeping homes warm across Wales and the UK.
Our vision is to help more households enjoy reliable warmth, practical energy improvements and greater confidence in the systems they depend on. We bring the same care to businesses seeking to improve their premises.
Whole Home Energy Solutions is the next step in that vision: bringing our heating experience, energy consultancy and customer care together around the whole property.
